Wow! I travel often and this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Surely the best experience locally. I decided to stay here when traveling for work after reading the reviews even though there are newer hotels nearby. The reviews are correct. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and personable. They have free bottled water and coffee at the front desk 24 hours a day. The rooms were spotless- the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast had so many options including healthier options which is rare. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.

This Best Western is ok but in desperate need of an update. Outdated appearance and rooms. That being said, the rooms were clean and tidy. The 2 young people who checked us in were not very helpful when asked about Uber/Taxi options in the area. I understand this is a Best Western and doesn’t have a concierge but front desk staff should be able to answer basic questions. The included breakfast was very good and offered many choices. We stayed here solely based on the price compared to the 2 hotels nearby. I understand now why this hotel is cheaper.

I've been going to this hotel several times every time I travel to the bowling Green area. This place is great, the location is just cherry on top, All good food nearby and nice stores nearby. Rooms are clean and breakfast Is according to a good standard.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was better than your normal hotel hot breakfast with a good variety of things to choose from. Perfect location if you are there for a visit to BGSU!! Go Falcons!!||

This is one of the cleanest and best maintained hotels I’ve booked. Very helpful and friendly staff, well illuminated exterior and plenty of parking. My room appeared to have new carpet and fresh paint. Outstanding.

I spent 4 nights here and it’s excellent. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the overall area was secure. The breakfasts were also great. I will stay there again when I’m out there next time.

The service was fantastic upon our arrival last night. The woman working at the front desk was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful with a fun sense of humor! Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable and breakfast this morning was great!! We would most definitely return!!
